Policy Overview

Gold Note USA does not currently accept direct returns or exchanges. All returns, exchanges, and warranty servicing are handled through our network of authorized dealers.

If you purchased your product from an authorized dealer, please contact them first for any return, exchange, or warranty requests. If you’re unsure who your dealer is, we can assist in locating them.

Dealer‑Managed Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations (Pre‑Shipment)

If your order has not yet shipped, notify your dealer as soon as possible to cancel. Dealers will follow their internal procedures to cancel and refund orders before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges (Within Dealer Policies)

Your dealer governs their own return/exchange terms (e.g. timeframes, restocking fees, required condition). Generally:

  • You may return a product to the dealer (within their allowed period) for an exchange or refund, subject to the dealer’s policy.

  • Products should be in like‑new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.

  • The dealer may apply restocking fees if items are missing or damaged (per their policy).

  • Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival are typically processed without restocking fee (if confirmed by the dealer).

If Your Dealer Is Unresponsive or No Longer Operating

If your original dealer cannot process your request (e.g., out of business, unresponsive), you may:

  1. Contact Gold Note USA with the proof of purchase and product serial number.

  2. We’ll assist in locating an alternative authorized dealer or service center.

  3. Note: any return/exchange or warranty resolution at that point is at our discretion and subject to availability.

Cancellations

You can cancel any unshipped items by e-mailing us at info@goldnoteusa.com.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return any full priced, paid product within 30 days. You can either exchange it for a different product or we’ll refund your money — it’s totally up to you. Just contact us for a return authorization number (info@goldnoteusa.com or 1.888.279.6765 ), make sure the product is in like-new condition, and pack everything (including remote, owner’s manual, power cord, etc.) securely in the original packaging. A restocking fee may be applied if anything is missing or damaged. *Items that are specially delivered, such as some larger units, large floor standing speakers and furniture, are not included in this offer. If a product is defective or damaged, however, there is no charge for returning it, and there is no re-stocking fee as long as all of the original equipment is complete and returned in good condition.

Credit Or Exchange — 30 Days

For full priced products you may return merchandise for credit toward a future purchase or exchange for another item any time within 30 days of purchase. You may contact us by e-mailing us at info@goldnoteusa.com. We will notify you of your credit or exchange, via e-mail, once we have received and processed the returned item.

Exclusions
